PeoplePlus assures candidates that their candidature would be processed in the strictest of confidence and they shall not be proposed to a client till they approve of the role. Every candidate who is short listed for processing by the firm shall be assigned a Relationship Manager who would be responsible for engaging with the candidate during every step of the selection process leading up to on boarding.





Candidates are requested to note the following caveats before they face off with the firm -

* Our clients expect rather elaborate disclosures at the top of the selection process which would have to be mandatorily  complied with.
* Towards the concluding stages of selection, all compensation related documents would have to be made available. Any component of compensation that is not documented would not be considered valid by any of our clients.
* We are not comfortable in engaging with candidates who are serial job hoppers as our clients take an uncharitable view of such resources.
* Those who feature as active job seekers on job portals are also not likely to find favour with the hiring managers of our clients as they dont expect high impact managers to be in the public supply chain.
* Candidates with unrealistic compensation improvement expectations may also wish not to engage with us as our clients are acknowledged leaders in their businesses who dont have to over pay to attract resources as start ups are wont to.
